Geothermal welding machine Welding procedure

1. Flatten the lever so that the upper and lower pressure wheels are separated to avoid wear caused by long time idling. 

2. Plug in the power supply and turn on the power switch

3. Set temperature. Generally for more than 1mm material, temperature to be set at 300-350 degrees Celsius, speed adjustment to 2-3 gear. At the beginning , the light is in green, please first warm up the welder, and when the green light turns red , placed the material lower left and upper right respectively into the climbing welder, organize material (up and down parallel), straightening the operating rod, the machine will automatically crawl welding.

4. According to the effect of welding object. When welding is not strong, increase the temperature or reduce the speed. While welding channel twist deformation or wearing needs to reduce the temperature or increase the speed. Novices is recommended to operate by a few more times to find a really suitable temperature and speed and next go on with formal welding. Through this way, that welding will be more solid, and reach better results.

5. After welding, quickly press down the lever, so that the upper and lower pressure wheels in a separate state (to prevent high temperature heat pressure wheel), and next set the temperature and speed switch to 0th gear. Finally shut down, unplug the power supply.
